Nothing much in school again. Very bad cough. And sniffly nose. Lost my voice before recess, gained it miraculously back by Literature.
Today I had to undergo 2.4km.. 6 whole rounds. Had a whole hour to do so though, so that's fine. I hate running. >_> Was really beat after that.. and so was everyone else. I had a worse time with my cough and etc.. Did I mention I hate running? >_>
Anyhows. When the class had PoA test, I just sat back on my chair and thought about Saturday's Flag Day. I remembered seeing that big VS logo on the President's Star Charity bus. I eventually asked Jerrold, out of curiousity, what "Nil sine labore" (pronounced neel see-neyh lah-boh-reyh) meant, and he told me that it meant 'Nothing without labour'. Does make sense... unlike my primary school one.

After recess, Rona's shirt had a.. stain on it ~_~ I won't go into much detail, but I hope it gets cleaned in the washers! Mr Tan was so mean about it.. >_> *materialises whip and lashes it at DM*
And yes, as usual.. English Literature is such fun with Mrs Hoe. She is able to pull the drama out of a tiny thing, and is so utterly humourous when it comes to handling students. Strict when she has to, I think that she is a model for every teacher. She has taught me to love Literature as it is; not a subject, but something to appreciate while learning the ropes. "There is no right or wrong answer; you have to
bluff your way out" are the oh-so-familiar words we always tend to hear whenever made to write essays. I really have to thank this lady for bringing me up to appreciate the language and shifting my gears from a C5 to an A1.
