H'okay. Orientation wasn't that bad, although it
was intimidating to walk into a school that read 'SIM University' in bold even though you're only 17. While I was walking in, this girl tapped my shoulder. I thought I dropped something or had to do a survey before entering the school, but she pointed to a familiar piece of paper and asked where LT 1-10 were.
"Er, I'm not sure, I'm looking for that place too," I replied.
I don't know if she was in dismay, shock or delight, but I was relieved I didn't have to walk into school alone. Daisy, my first new schoolmate, was just like me. A sec 5 student, got 20 points, couldn't get into a course she liked, and rather be stubborn to choose something she didn't think she'd like. Too bad, she's the same class with Vince and not me. ><
Then I got to know Sherlyn and Maria, who were going to be my classmates! They're awesome people lah. <3
Anyway, after it was all over, Vince and I went to meet two of his friends for lunch at Plaza Singapura's Ajisen. One of his friends was Cassidy, a guy I actually happened to know in primary school! Well, I don't remember, but he says we were always bickering because he was a prefect, meh.
BUT BUT! I saw this Yamaha shop hiding safely away in the 6th level, and their accoustic guitars are below $200! And I fell in love with this electric bass guitar for only $573 without discount yet! I totally melted lahhhh. I need to get myself a guitar once my pay arrives, or I'll keep feeling awkward.
