... or so that's what Nasri said. Too bad we can't have a spiffy chalet, I'll miss seeing people drunk. XD Also if we did hold a chalet, it'll be during the World Cup, all the gentlemen would probably be up screaming "YES, GOAALLLL!!!" at random intervals.

I remember one chalet when we booked two rooms; both were watching the EPL (I think), but some guys were seperated in another room. The guys in our room were just yelling "CHELSEA SUCCKKSSSS" at the top of their voices in the middle of the night. Super funny. XD
Ah, great times back then, great times. =)

Mmm, people have been telling me I shouldn't get that NUM bag I was talking about. Look, I like it because:

1) It's white + gold.
2) Sure, that's so common, but that's usually carried by people who use brands like Adidas, PUMA, and Nike. I hardly see people carry NUM bags, let alone one with this design. And you know how I love something to be not popular and yet popular. Like the Levi's jacket I have that I haven't seen anyone else have. :x
3) It's $129. Weeheehee. XD
4) It's white + gold.

Went out with min yesterday. SO FUN!! <3 I know I always say that but she's so fun to be with lor. It's like we're both hyper kids running around laughing and making fashion comments. We talkcocksingsong together so well lor..

Speaking of "TCSS", I saw this shirt at New Urban Male, which had the print TALKCOCKSINGSONG. SO CUTE!

Yah yah, I'm such a typical girl. But there was this other shirt of a girl holding a lolly with the words "SUCKER". I'm so going there when I get my pay; I'll get that shirt and the $129 white/gold bag. <3 Yes Celes, then I'll ask what the hell the long things attached to the collars are for.

After two long days of shopping, I decide to ask Junhao for his World of Warcraft (I insist on not using the acronym for it) CDs. Woot, gonna find something to try it out with. Cya =D

Yay, had fun looking after Ellie yesterday. Mini Schnauzers are so cute <3

Even though she's just a puppy, she's already as large as Sabbath! But a lot more fun, because Sabbath bites/scratches anyone who carries her :x

Ellie showed me how much she liked me by taking a dump on the floor when I was on the phone with my aunt. Thaaaaanks, Ellie. >___>

But aw, who could stay mad at such a little angel lol. I melted when I saw her lah, so adorable. (Man, I never thought I'd see the day I type something like that...)
In one day, I was able to somewhat teach her how to climb out of her playpen herself, sit, and follow; although she still doesn't really respond to her name.. But the shopkeeper said to open her ears, whisper her name, and close them. :P

That aside..
Can't wait to go shopping!! I might be able to get a laptop/crumpler bag, but I don't know for sure. It isn't compulsory, but it'll be a plus if I did. Ah well, we'll see.

Nothing much. Received SIM's letter. I'm an official SIM student!
Orientation is on 30th June, and lectures officially start on 3rd July.

I don't know, I think I feel happy.
I just hope there are people my age there too.

.... and I hope Vince wears something decent (yes, decent) on the first day. I doubt so, but I guess he doesn't bother with fashion anyway haha.

Good thing there isn't a need to pay 8k upfront, or I'd faint reading the letter. Only 1.8k, phew. =)

I hope I don't need a laptop.
I probably do need to get a lot of notebooks though. Good thing my Neeon can probably record lectures.

No point worrying now. I settled for this and I'll stick to this. =)
Better be off, Celest's puppy's arrived and I'm the babysitter. Speaking of which, I'll be babysitting my cousins too, after the class reunion chalet. Thank goodness it doesn't clash, or I'd be in trouble.

Today was pretty boring. But now I'm never playing Xbox when I'm bored.. Splinter Cell gives me a heart attack.

1600: Turns on television
1600: Presses power button on Xbox
1600: Stares at Xbox and wonder if it's malfunctioned

1605: Realises Xbox's power plug wasn't plugged in
1606: Inserts Splinter Cell CD
1610: Finally finds how to get to the stupid lighthouse
1611: Wanders off instead to throw random objects at lightbulbs
1613: Headshot'd a guerilla terrorist. HAHA dude, HA-HA.
1640: Decided to stop wandering and finish the mission objective.
1645: Forgot what the objective was

1652: Finished objective, getting to top of lighthouse for evacuation.
1653: Reaches top of lighthouse
1653: Gets shot in the head by 2 people
1653: Screams

1655: Flings control away, turns off power
1655: Curses Tom Clancy.

So now I'm trying to sleep, and this moth just came into my room to camp for the night. I appreciate little bodyguards, but when I'm afraid of you, it makes things worse.

My sister tried to capture it with those plastic tupperware boxes, and it flew high up on my cupboard where no one can reach it. Great - it's scary, and it's smart. I took up arms (a rubber band, actually) and tried shooting it. Once. Twice. Thrice. ~~Fries.~~

... a lot of times. Yes, all of them missed. I guess that's why I suck at Splinter Cell -_- Then suddenly, IT HIT!
... No effect. Pissed off, I tried one last shot.

The rubberband is now stuck as a memorial of my futile attempts on my wardrobe cupboard. If I happened to die right there and then of anger, please engrave on my tombstone:

Tried to kill moth with rubber band in vain.

My room is awesome - random rubber bands appear out of nowhere. So I gave myself one last chance and decided to rid myself of the moth.

.... and the first shot got it stuck along with the first one.

BLAH. Now I give up. Stupid moth, you can jolly well freeze in my room's aircon for all I care.

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY QIAN NAN~!

Lol so much for "not going out much", huh. Today min called me and asked to go for dinner with Qian Nan (our birthday girl), Kai, Zen, Kwok Way, and herself.

Kai bought her a Hello Kitty telephone with caller ID! SO CUTE, HAHA! XD

$13 for superbigbowloframen + side dish + drink = kinda worth it lah, too bad the side dish wasn't too delectable, and the silly green tea was "authentic" no-sugar green tea -_- Oh well, sucks to have a bratty customer like me :x

I didn't know how much I missed everyone until I saw Kai, Qiannan, Min and Yin again >_< I can't wait to see you all at the chalet! Gahh we're always so hyper together, love all of you! <3

Onto randomness..

I seriously think I'm starting to look like a guy leh. Heck, I even sound like a guy sometimes.

Just want to thank Noel for the Arashi songs <3 They're spiffy! And so my kind of music haha :x

And YAY for class chalet!! I'll be taking up another job for 2 weeks from 12th to 25th June, so henngggg it doesn't clash with the 3 days and 2 nights stay. I can't wait to see everyone again, and I guess it's kinda true - your secondary school friends are almost always the ones you stick to longest. But probably because we've been together for a whole five years already, and have more memories (be it good or bad) together. Awww. <3

Honestly, I don't have anything to blog about.. I don't go out anymore, and I'm not working. But I guess I can wait for my pay and give all of you a superdooper long entry about how min, yin and I turned TopShop or Taka upside down if we go shopping. XD

Someone please remind me to bring my bloody topshop card when we go shopping, no 10% discount heart pain leh. ._.

The Red Hot Chilli Peppers' "Dani California" MV rocks too.. makes me feel like getting their Stadium Arcadium CD. Somehow, I think I saw their album on the Deathnote movie webpage..

Very sick suddenly.

Probably because I didn't see a doctor.

... and maybe because of that ginseng chicken soup I had at that Yunnan Restaurant at the 5th level of IMM yesterday. So fricken expensive some more D:

Well, I won't be working tomorrow, at least.. gives me time to rest up. But I'm probably only getting 480 bucks if so. Bleh, I wanted to get ear piercings too. Oh well, 480 for 2 weeks not that bad lah. For starters, it's pretty good le =)

I can't say that I've learnt to be patient, but now I know how to handle tough customers, at least. Every time a difficult customer comes, I either happen to get it or it eventually gets passed on from everyone else to me as a "last resort" rofl.

Like this lady today lah!
At first it was Yiying tending to her, then she buay tahan and passed the baton to Lenan. Then Lenan looked back at us and gave the "zomgwtf help leh!!" face. Vince didn't budge though, lol. So I took up the job and eventually got her to shut up and buy something. Go me. :3

Min came to visit today! Yaayyyy! I missed her so much =)
Sorry, I wasn't feeling well, couldn't crap and lame to each other like we used to. Never mind! If we go chalet confirm can do that to our hearts' content.

So yeah, my job's almost come to an end. The good news is that my aunt may be able to get us our pay this month instead of waiting until June 15th. Bad news is, I'm really sick and I have a monotonous voice half of the time.

Speaking of dull and low voices..

I was serving this customer pretty well (I have a glib tongue so usually they tend to buy lotsa stuff :D), and he was about to pay for them when:

"Thanks ah, boy."

My mouth gaped open as I let the words sink in. B..oy? I pointed to myself and questioned, but he didn't reply or just didn't seem to hear me. Hello! Even though I have shoulder length-ish hair and wasn't sick then (yes, I almost always have my irritatingly chirpy happy voice on at work), I'm still a boy?! For the rest of the day I was cursing and wailing about whether I seriously look like a guy or not.

I AM 100% FEMALE, DAMN IT! FEE MAIL. D:

Mum was like, "see lah, wear that jacket everyone thinks you're flat."
HUH?! Since when does being flat have to do with.. okay lah, maybe it is, but it's so cold! Not wearing a jacket is crazy talk, really.

... Gahhh!! Not like I can wear a skirt to show I'm a girl to work right! Sheesh, okay lah okay lah, my next hairstyle more girly cannnnnnnn.

Ah, finally home.

Last customer was this angmoh guy, could tell he was Australian by his accent lol. His chewing on a toothpick made it all the more seem like he was from the down under.

Anyways, today I was offered the job of being a cashier.

At first I thought it was fun lah (yeah.. the little things that can entertain me for quite some time), but after I counted wrongly and what not, flustered me + panic = not good. Luckily I was allowed to be excused from the counter, if not I wouldn't know what to do apart from wave my arms around and wail. >_>

I'm never going to be the cashier again unless nobody's tending to it, rawr. Now I know how min and yin felt. ;_; Working is so xing ku, but I only have a few days left before it's all over! Then I can relax, and start waiting for the moolah to roll in.

Then I start spending. :3

Finally, an off day!

My only off day, in fact. Ah well, once per two weeks is fair enough lol. But tomorrow's going to be super busy I guess, they said some event is going on tomorrow. I just hope it isn't that bad..

Yesterday, new stocks arrived. I had to handle like half of them, and I'm only a girl, I can't carry all that stuff lol! ;_; Then heng when the guys were done they came over to help me. But now I'll probably be chased by towels and other stuff in my nightmares for life >_> The horror.. THE HORROR! *shudders*

Do not visit me whenever new stocks arrive - I get flustered, cranky, and.. crazy. XD

Day 2. Slightly better. Got to know a new senior. Jiawei. Resembled Mrs Poh's son a lot. Just that he's 22. I was abso-fricken-lutely shocked. Because he doesn't look so old. Er. I don't know why I'm typing in stop-short sentences either.

Yeah it was okay, considering I got to close the place for the night. It was so fun! :D
Jiawei let me help out and he was so friendly lor! So nice to have seniors like him. I guess I'm pretty lucky already, considering I always hear friends having bad seniors most of the time ._.

Then I met the da lao ban niang, Angela. When I first saw her, I thought she was a newcomer and I was like:

*Nod* "Hey."

OH NOES, HAHA!

After work, I walked home with Jiawei and my aunt.
... YES, WALKED. I was supposed to take 188, but nooooo. I had to be nice to my aunt and say I'll accompany her. What was in store for stupid me?

Well, I was asked to climb, squeeze through, and even jump over a road divider, but I decided to take the longer route and run up the overhead bridge and back down.

... I swear I am never walking again.
For the sake of my poor poor legs, I am better off seeking the quiet sanctity of the bus, indulging in the fuzzy seats they provide.

Nike shoes for work = no go.

Ow.

Like really, this has to be the most painful thing to endure since er, I don't know when. Hell, even taking Hep B shots are cheesecakes compared to how much pain I feel now lol.

My calves and thighs hurt like hell. I can't move my arms (I rely on my pillow to support) and I don't know if I tore a muscle or a ligament >_>

.. but I still have to go to work in another 4 hours. Joy.

I guess all the enjoyment at the hotel only meant torture now lol.

First day of work was alright. Heng ah.. my supervisor, Shawn/Xian xing, is a nice guy. But when I arrived to report for work, I was shocked because he resembled that 4L1 guy Zen loathes LOL. Just without pimples and more man lah. But yeah, I'm the only teenage girl working there. The rest of the staff are aunties and guys. Wasn't that boring, but at least there's Vince with me lah; we cousins can crap while working :D

Jieying saw me and gave me a biiiig hug! Yays, I missed her so too <3 Xiexie!

It was pretty funny lol, I could converse in malay for a while with the malay aunties, but when they start throwing in long words that don't enter my head, I just nod and laugh. XD Then a Japanese mother and daughter came, wanting for an exchange on something they bought some time back. The mother kept speaking Japanese to Shawn LOL XD He just stared at her in a "huh?" kind of way.. so funny! I wanted to help, but I was having lunch break. Besides, that kinda thing is out of my hands. I'm just a promoter :x

But yeah o_o it was alright, luckily this is only for 2 weeks.. I don't think I can keep up, if I have to stand for 8 hours straight on end.
